MAIN APPLICAITON
Type 304 stainless steel is an austenite stainless that is the most common form of stainless steel used around the world. It is still sometimes referred to by its old name 18/8 which is derived from the nominal composition of type 304 being 18% chromium and 8% nickel. 304 can be severely deep drawn. This property has resulted in 304 being the dominant grade used in applications like sinks and saucepans. 304 has good processing performance and corrosion resistance , it also be widely used in industrial and furniture decoration industry and food & medical industry,etc.
The bright annealed surface after cold rolling is called BA, which has certain surface glossiness. Since the surface grades of BA are different, its surface glossiness is also different accordingly. Therefore, BA products can be classified accordingly to the surface color and luster and can be divided into several grades.
